Hotel Fariones Puerto del Carmen , Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote)

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, which was a little frustrating after traveling all night and paying enough money to stay here. However, I liked the room as it is, along with the staff who were very friendly, especially in reception and the staff that cleaned the rooms. The service was incredibly friendly, and the staff were very helpful. The location was amazing, with a great location between the old town and new, offering a vast array of shops, restaurants & bars within walking distance. The hotel has beautiful surroundings, giving it a tranquil quality. The dining experience was the same, available till 1 pm, with access to a private rooftop pool. In short, the evening meal provision for children is poor.

The hotel has a great location, with no noise day or night, and the reception staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms were nice but are a bit tired now. The service is brilliant and very professional. The dining experience was great with plenty of options for everyone, although nothing is available after 12 midnight. The pool, gardens, outside dining areas, and beach area are all in a beautiful location.

The hotel had a mix of positives like a gorgeous rain shower head and efficient staff, but there were negatives such as old carpet with a bad smell in the room and additional charges for amenities like a fridge and safe. The location was fantastic with a private beach, but there were some dated aspects like no fridge being included.
